Crisp leaves and a chill makes us want to wrap up in a sweater and hold a mug of something delicious- Fall is upon us and that means time to visit some farms! These farms where voted the best in the area by local parents. Is your favorite destination here?

#1 Powers Farm Market

161 Marsh Rd, Pittsford, NY 14534
Voted #1 by Rochacha Mama Fans! This is a farm market with animals, fresh produce and seasonal attractions. Along with the animals to feed, there are hayrides, teepees and a live nativity scene in December.
Cost: Free to enter to see the animals and teepees

#2 Stokoe Farms

656 S Rd, Scottsville, NY 14546
Stokoe Farms is an admission based farm with over 35 activities for all ages and abilities including a zipline, hay ride, bounce pillow, corn pit, slide, and much more! This farm is open select days and hours so be sure to check their website and order tickets in advance!
Cost: $16 for general admission. $21 for general admission + "farmtastic" activities. Children 2 and under are free

#3 Wickham Farms

1315 Sweets Corners Rd, Penfield, NY
A one-price Barnyard Admission for each person entering the area includes unlimited single day access to  jumping pillow,  train rides, corn mazes, mini golf, rubber duck races, a corn pit, combine slide, multiple playgrounds, hayrides (weekends only), and so much more! 
Cost:
Barnyard Admission: $15 (Friday - Sunday) $10 (Monday - Thursday) 
Apple Picking Only: $10

#4 Long Acre Farms

1342 Eddy Rd. Macedon, NY 14502
There is much to do at Long Acre for all ages! Enjoy the nearby JD wine cellars, play on the free structures near the market, shop local produce and product or purchase a wristband for the "Back 40 area." With the Barnbuster Ticket kids (and adults) can enjoy the Jumping Pillow, Maize Maze, sandbox, tunnel slides and a whole lot more! During the fall season
Cost:
Weekend: $13.00 for everyone ages 3+, ages 2 & under are free., $10.00 for Grandparent with paying Grandchild
Weekdays: $6.00 for Children 2+, $2.00 for Adults (some activities not accessible)

#5 Springdale Farms

700 Colby St, Spencerport, NY 14559 ​
This humble farm serves as a day program site for adults with developmental disabilities. On site, there is a playground, duck pond, wooded trails, greenhouse, and much more can be found on the farm grounds. Due to Covid-19 the farm is not open, however, being part of Northampton Park families may still visit to use the playground and walk the backwoods. You may even see some cows and geese on your hike!
Cost: Free to enter, donations accepted.

#6 Burnap's Farm Market

7277 Maple Ave Exd, Sodus, NY 14551 ​
Burnap's is a market in Sodus offering u-pick strawberries, goats to feed and a free courtyard filled with wooden structures to climb and a sandbox! Within the market you can find fresh produce, baked goods and ice cream.
Cost: Free to see the animals and play (Goat food can be purchased in the market or bring your own!)

#7 The Apple Shed

3391 Fairville Maple Ridge Rd, Newark, NY 14513 ​
The Apple Shed has u-pick apples and pumpkins. There are is a lot for the kids to do as well including a corn pit to play in (Must be 10 or under), goats to see, a small playground and hard cider tasting from Old Goat Cidery. They sell local home grown veggies, gifts, homemade fudge, fry cakes, and apple cider slushies!
Cost: Free to visit the animals and playground!

#8 Pick 'n Patch

 2205 NY-5, Stanley, NY 14561
This farm is a 45 minute drive from the city of Rochester. Once there you will find pumpkins, animals to feed, a jumping pillow, an apple cannon and corn maze. ​The "Fun Seeker" admission price includes the jumping pillow, unlimited train rides and trips through the funhouse as well as unlimited access to the new Super Slide, 3 shots on the Apple Blasters, as well as entry to the corn maze.
Cost:  Free to see the animals!   Fun Seeker Band - $12    Adventure Band- $10.  Corn Maze Entry ONLY - $7.    12 Apple Blaster Shots - $5 (check website for details)

A quaint market featuring an Ice Cream Shop, u-pick raspberries, fresh produce, goats and a free corn maze!
Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Daily
