We have collected money from generous donors to allow us to spend $50 at a local toy shop for the children of a deserving family. Unfortunately, funds are limited so we will have to be selective or choose a handful of families randomly. Please answer the below questions honestly and to the best of your ability. Your information will be kept anonymous.

If selected you will receive an email informing you that you have been chosen on December 11. Gifts will be delivered to you within 1-2 weeks of the notification. If you do not receive an email by December 11, we unfortunately did not choose your application. If chosen, please be prompt in replying to your email. If text/calls is better, please state so above. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of sending the acception email, we will choose another recipient.
